Sauceresidential Septic is a referral service. We do not hire employees or run crews. We connect homeowners in the Calabasas area with independent providers who want to be considered for septic and sewer work. If you run your own business, this page is for you.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
• Septic system repair, including drainfield repair
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Related work such as water well service, if you offer it

We welcome small shops and larger outfits alike. Experience with older homes and mixed pipe materials is a plus, since many houses here date from the 1950s through the 1980s.

What We Expect

Being in the network does not mean we vouch for your work, but we do set a few ground rules:

• You hold the licenses and insurance CA requires for the work you do
• You give homeowners clear, written quotes
• You explain what is included and what could change the price
• You treat callers with patience and without pressure
• You describe your availability honestly and never overpromise timing

You stay independent. You set your own prices, and you are responsible for your own work.

What to Expect From Us

We do not promise a set number of requests. Volume depends on the season, the area and the services you offer. Details about how referrals are delivered are shared during the application conversation.
