How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Sauceresidential Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Sauceresidential Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or incorrect
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Sauceresidential Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@sauceresidential.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
